ABOUT ENIKŐ HODOSY
She obtained her Master diploma of Photography at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, Budapest in 2016. She spent a semester at École de Recherche Graphique-Saint Luc, Brussels with an Erasmus exchange program. During her MA programme she spent a year in Paris with Erasmus+ Internship, working in the field of luxury photography.
In 2015 her series "Projections" was shortlisted at the 5th World Biennal of Student Photography, Novi Sad. In 2014 she won a grant to organise her first solo exhibition titled Bleu, which took place at Gallery Várfok Project Room, Budapest. In 2013 she was selected to the top 100 of Google Photography Prize. Her works appered in exhibitions such as Ludwig Museum of Contemporary Art, Hungarian House of Photography, Vienna Photobook Festival, Berlin Photobook Festival and Mark Grosset Prize, Vendome.
Her interest lies on connections between body, soul and spirit. She focuses on social and psychological issues, their brutality and beauty, which she represents through an ethereal and intimate atmosphere.
